I highly recommend this course to anyone who would like to improve their public speaking skills and persuasion strategies. This program is highly encompassing in all areas in relation to communication and the psychology behind it. The professor is obviously educated on the subject and references his own work throughout the modules. The learning facilitator greatly assisted and was flexible in communicating with us. Furthermore, the assignments and discussion forums were engaging and educational.
